Arabic Graffiti
In a lecture given at Notre Dame University in November, Pascal Zoghbi describes the blossoming of graffiti culture in the Arab world: “In Lebanon and Palestine, graffiti is not yet seen as vandalism and against the law. As long as the message does not imply any direct political meaning, then the police will not stop you, even in broad daylight…”

Brilliant book jacket re-design via specimen boxes
An art director at Vintage Books assigned a group of designers the task of designing a number of Nabokov’s titles for re-release. Their only limitation was that the cover must be created inside a window-box that would later be photographed. Full article at Print.
